I emailed reFX as I sold my licence for Nexus and an expansion to a commercial music studio. Michael Hartmann at reFX told me that I could not transfer my licence and that becuase I had attempted to sell my licence that it was being terminated. They say that its in thier terms and conditions that you cant transfer a licence as they cant tell if you are still using thier software after you transfer to someone else, but its not in ANYTHING thats displayed BEFORE they take your payment and I cant find it in ANY of the email correspondence around the transaction. Now Im left with some expensive VST that I no longer use/want and cant sell and they are telling me that my licence has been cancelled because I tried to sell it.
